Loss, exchange or return of passes
Once purchased, passes cannot be exchanged or taken back. Refunds are only made in the event of accident or illness.
The date of return and not the date of the accident is noted when calculating the amount of the refund. If the pass is handed in to the ticket office before 11.30 a.m. (by the holder or a third party), this day will not be counted as a day of use.
A medical certificate from a local doctor is required before a refund can be given (this may also be provided after the pass has been handed in).

Accompanying persons will not receive a refund. No refunds are made for half-day or full-day passes, or single tickets.

Lost passes will not be replaced.

Misuse of passes, failure to follow the instructions of our personnel and dangerous behaviour may all result in the immediate withdrawal of your pass.

Accidents and search operations

Go to the nearest lift or cable car station and provide as much information as you can, or call +41 (0)81 920 30 40 an. A fee of at least CHF 100 will be charged for emergency call-outs. Search operations incur a fee which must be borne by the responsible party.

Suspension of operations and disruption to services
Wind and weather conditions can change rapidly in the mountains. If operations are suspended or disrupted due to the weather, for technical reasons, or in the event of reduced traffic (also seasonal), there shall be no entitlement to discounts, extensions or refunds of ski passes.
